Insider filings, read for you.

When officers, directors and large holders trade their company's stock, they report it to the SEC on Form 4. Quorink reads those public filings and shows who bought, who sold and how much.

What's inside

Tape

Form 4 filings in the order SEC EDGAR accepted them, each with its transaction code, the person's role, shares and dollar value. The day's open-market purchases and sales are added up at the top, along with its largest purchase.

Filings

Each Form 4 laid out like the form: who filed, the shares and derivative tables, footnotes, the signature, how the price has moved since a purchase or sale, and a link to the original on SEC.gov.

Quorum

Companies where several insiders filed in the same 5 or 10 trading days, ranked by how many different filers sent them. Rows are marked when two or more of them bought on the open market.

Company pages

Daily candles with insider purchases and sales marked on the chart, a 3- and 12-month insider tally, the recent trade list and the company's Form 4 filings.

Funds

Quarterly 13F holdings reports of well-known investment managers: each position by value, and what was new, added, trimmed or sold out compared with the quarter before.

Watchlist

Companies you follow, with the last price and their open-market insider buys and sells in the last 90 days.

Where the data comes from

Filings are read from SEC EDGAR. Prices come from Yahoo Finance and Nasdaq, insider tallies from Nasdaq, and 13F tickers are matched with OpenFIGI. Data can be delayed.

Quorink shows public filings and market data for general information. It isn't investment, financial or tax advice, and it doesn't place orders or hold money.
